Develop web and mobile accessibility strategies for our websites, ensuring that they are compliant with the latest accessibility regulations.

Carry out regular accessibility audits of existing websites, identifying and resolving any issues.

Work with web developers and designers to ensure all websites meet accessibility standards.

Ensure all new websites are developed with accessibility in mind.

Develop and maintain accessibility standards for all websites.

Provide training and guidance to internal web developers on web accessibility.

Work with third-party vendors to ensure all web development projects are compliant with accessibility regulations.

Monitor industry trends in web accessibility and keep up to date with the latest regulations and standards.

Provide technical advice and support on accessibility-related issues.

Provide regular updates to management on the status of web accessibility initiatives.

5-10 years of experience in web development, Mobile Accessibility, and Web accessibility.

WAS or CPACC certified.

Strong understanding of web accessibility regulations and standards.

Experience with accessibility audit tools such as aXe, Accessibility Insights, NVDA, AWS, TALKBACK, and VoiceOver.

Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with web development frameworks such as React and Angular.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
