Lead and manage the staff in charge of the technical operational support of all Digital Banking Services, including but not limited to, support for Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Online Account Opening Systems/Platforms. Provide day-to-day leadership in a liaison role between our vendor providers, internal business units, and customer support channels for system/platform changes & release management, issue resolution, system performance, and other on-going project delivery processes.
The Successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related experience.
- Five or more years of experience in applications support or related banking experience.
- 1-2 years Customer Service Experience in Help Desk, Call Center or other related troubleshooting experience.
- Experience requirements can be gained concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration.
- Project Management or Business Analyst Certification.
