Digital Community Manager

As a Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing management of the Conductor Digital Customer Hub. We’re looking for a customer-centric liaison with the ability to create a digital bridge between customers and Conductor. In this role, you will act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagements to build brand advocacy, champions, and expert users.

This role sits within the Customer Success organization at Conductor. Our team is laser-focused on delivering value to customers through a centralized repository of information ranging from support documentation and training videos to industry best practice materials, LMS-style content, a customer community, and more. We are looking for an individual contributor who is cross-collaborative by nature, a self-starter, and who wants to have a key role in building a new function at Conductor. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Customer Onboarding, Training, and Enablement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set, plan, and implement a strategy to create a thriving digital hub and customer community
  • In partnership with CS leadership, create a long-term Digital Hub vision and roadmap for execution
  • Integrate existing siloed content spaces in to Digital Hub and manage business operations of ongoing tech stack
  • Work with key Marketing resources on site design and development by documenting and providing functionality and design requirements
  • Create and manager a continuous content development strategy that helps customers find the information they need to exceed their SEO goals
  • Partner with Digital Customer Success, Onboarding, Training, and Enablement, and Support resources to build external repository of content
  • Along with Product and R&D implement Voice of Customer programs that elicits meaningful feedback and helps to influence development roadmaps
  • Promote community engagement through varies digital programs such as virtual/in-person events, gamification of usage, and more
  • Measure and report on hub performance and business impact to senior leadership
  • Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of your initiatives, identify areas for improvement, make data-driven recommendations, and execute on approved changes.
  • Stay up to date with B2B SaaS Digital Hub trends and best practices, including AI-power solutions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven work experience owning a Digital Hub or Customer Community portal
  • 5+ years of total experience in customer marketing, customer engagement, equivalent roles
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives and programs
  • Ability to interface with other departments, including technical site development resources

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.

The base salary for this role is currently $84,400 - $140,600. The actual base salary offered may vary within this range based on education, knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, internal equity, and geographic location, among other factors. The actual compensation, if offered a position, will be based on these factors.
