Digital Customer Experience (DCX) Product Owner
Digital League PP & PS NAM Hub
MISSION
The primary responsibility of this role is to transform the digital customer experience for Power Products NAM across the entire lifecycle of product delivery from design & quote to install & maintain.
This role will contribute to creating a simplified customer journey for Schneider Electric’s electrical distribution products and systems. The key focus will be on updating and creating digital tools and processes that influence customer’s buying decision. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create a new baseline for the customer journey.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze existing customer/partner journeys and the existing landscape of lifecycle tools e.g., selection and quoting tools

Create customer journey maps to highlight gaps/inconsistencies and create plans to implement improvements

Study competitive landscape to generate ideas for lifecycle digitization

Develop plan to improve and digitize the lifecycle to deploy a more seamless customer experience

Work with stakeholders and executive leadership to develop business cases

Direct execution teams to take concepts to full release

Educate and evangelize about potential for digital lifecycle tools

Translate stakeholder requirements into a product roadmap

Assist in the development and maintenance of prioritized solutions and maintain roadmap with well - defined requirements and business reasoning

Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories ensuring that selected work is maximizing value and aligned with the digital strategy

Responsible to define the go to market and ensure it is verified and tested with customers
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors’ degree in engineering or computer science required

5+ years of experience in product management or technical team leadership required

Knowledge of SE Power Products portfolio preferred

Knowledge of SE NAM lifecycle tools and processes including plant experience preferred

Disruptor mindset – ability to generate ideas, challenge status quo, intellectual curiosity required

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required
