What You'll Do:

The Digital Design Manager is part of the Corporate Marketing team and will combine their graphic design, web development, and other creative production skills to elevate LogicMonitor's brand identity both internally and externally. They will develop and maintain a personalized customer experience across our website, landing pages & digital assets. This position is the team manager, who thrives in a collaborative environment and leads the team using a development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and goal setting.

Primary duties will include working with design/UI and business teams to create optimized user experiences, conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas, and creating visual elements that are in line with our branding. The successful candidate will be able to translate business performance requirements into high fidelity designs that drives the user experience. This candidate will be working closely with our web development and operations teams to ensure efficient and accurate implementation of their designs, which will impact LogicMonitor's online presence and customer journey

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven web design or front-end design experience, excellent visual design skills, a solid understanding of digital user experience best practices and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, Sketch and Figma.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

• Execute all visual design stages from initial concept to final, working with partners to create high fidelity mockups ready for publication.
• Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness and conversion/excellence to complex user experiences
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and/or sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Test and optimization of the design of the website
• Maintain a level of excellence of websites by enforcing content standards
• Design visual imagery for websites in line with each brand's identity and voice.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
• Deep working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (working knowledge of using collaborative tools like Figma and Canva is a plus)
• Strong experience in WordPress required, experience with Elementor or similar page builders is required. Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS required. You will be the only web developer on our team.
• Knowledge of SEO and understanding of how to ensure that websites meet important page speed standards
• Experience in photography and in editing videos (with Adobe Premiere, and Aftereffects, and/or FinalCut pro) is a plus

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field 5-7 years of professional graphic design and web development experience
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools
• Familiarity with designing for production in digital content management systems
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and being successful in a collaborative environment, both external (design/UX agencies) and internal (IT, product marketing, business teams, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO and understanding of how to ensure that websites meet important page speed standards
• Experience in photography and in editing videos (with Adobe Premiere, and Aftereffects, and/or FinalCut pro) is a plus
• Ability to produce a first-rate work product under tight deadlines and while juggling multiple projects
