Customer Success Manager

Digital Hands is seeking a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for managing the Customer Experience and Journey for a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate should have a broad range of IT experience with Security, IT Infrastructure, and a deep understanding of service delivery and project management.

  • Knowledge of IT applications, processes, and equipment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations
  • Manage service delivery and project plans
  • Lead the activation of existing customers' services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer support
  • Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations
  • Develop customer reporting standards and cadence
  • Manage the Customer Success Management process for existing clients
  • Identify opportunities for business optimization and sales within assigned accounts

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business-related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT or Business-related field
  • Certifications related to IT and project management preferred
