Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations
Manage service delivery and project plans
Lead the activation of existing customers' services
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer support
Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations
Develop customer reporting standards and cadence
Manage the Customer Success Management process for existing clients
Identify opportunities for business optimization and sales within assigned accounts
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business-related field
5-8 years of experience in IT or Business-related field
Certifications related to IT and project management preferred
