Opportunity Summary:

Upland Software is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our cross-channel demand generation efforts, including the identification, attraction and nurturing of qualified prospects. You will conceive and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive high quality leads that convert to sales. The right candidate thrives on the metrics and processes of B2B marketing.
This accomplished individual must possess the ability to successfully take programs from concept to execution including continual evaluation against quantitative objectives. They understand how to optimize marketing program spending, develop marketing campaigns, constantly update nurture paths, build out marketing operations, and measure leads to closed opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor PPC and paid social media campaigns to drive MQLs.
  • Collaborate with marketing agency to develop and implement SEO strategies that aim to continuously improve rankings and drive website traffic from search.
  • Identify and implement online advertising campaigns on relevant sites that target our ICP.
  • Develop email campaigns utilizing strategies that maximize open and click thru rates.
  • Create digital marketing assets to be utilized in marketing campaigns including videos, infographics, banner ads, and more.
  • Develop landing pages and lead capture forms that maximize conversions.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, tracking against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and tools for digital marketing campaign development, execution, and tracking.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B setting, ideally marketing solutions to enterprise markets.
  • Experience running PPC campaigns and paid social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and principles.
  • Ability to write your own promotional marketing content, collaborating with other team members as required.
  • Analytical mind and keen eye for detail to generate consistent reporting on all marketing initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, and SEO tools such as SEMrush and SpyFu.
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of contact center and/or knowledge management space.
