What You'll Bring to the Table

• Develop, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (paid search, social media, email, display, and video)
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify new opportunities, trends and customer behavior
• Develop and manage digital budgets, ensuring ROI and KPIs are achieved
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that align with business goals
• Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights, identifying and resolving issues, and recommending improvements
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to execute campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and insights to optimize campaigns
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising best practices
• Experience in the tech, mobility or transportation industry is a plus.
