The position of Digital Marketing Manager will be based out of our Carrollton, TX location!

• Provide vision, strategy, and campaign insight to integrated campaigns with emphasis on creating thoughtful, entertaining, cohesive copy for all channels including digital/social media.
• Work independently and as part of a team to come up with a range of ideas and executions for each project.
• Work with Account Managers and Sales Leaders to ensure creative concepts and copy tones are on brand and strategically sound.
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional advertising campaigns, including digital, print, and other media.
• Assist graphic design in conceptualizing innovative ideas based on strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Manage the quality of copywriting deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations.
• Manage the development, delivery, and execution of customized integrated content for clients including creative idea ideation for digital content and community management.
• Receiving feedback and using it to grow and improve department staff and as a marketing manager.
• Undertake full scope of the marketing plan as assigned, including all aspects of planning through execution
• Work closely with the sales team and team development leader on digital program development and implementation.
• Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency, report out to leadership including lessons learned and suggestions to grow and capitalize on our efforts.
• Leads digital communications efforts including email marketing, social media, newsletter distribution, etc.
• Support customer and internal events reset, and customer solutions as necessary.
• Generate, edit, publish and share content frequently on social media (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action and engage
• Generate, edit, publish and schedule/send emails to customers on local events, web updates, promotions, and more
• Maintain customer and employee contact lists & segments to ensure we are providing relevant content to specific groups
• Maintain Google My Business branch profiles with updated images and information
• Support advertising efforts on radio, billboard, print, and other media by coordinating with vendors, writing scripts, creating designs, etc.
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline or equivalency in years’ experience in a marketing role (7+)
• Electrical Distribution or Electrical Industry experience is an A+

• A portfolio that showcases strong creative thinking
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Graphic design ability a plus (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Understanding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
