Digital Media Management (DMM) is a leading full service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, “always-entertaining” marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.


We are currently seeking a temporary Social Media Manager, TikTok to join our fun and growing TV & Streaming division. The Social Media Manager, TikTok will manage the TikTok for one of our TV clients. You will be responsible for creating and managing innovative and engaging social media content on TikTok. You have experience developing social strategies, building out content calendars, conceptualizing the social creatives, copywriting, and engaging with audiences on social media channels.


Your Impact

  • Pitch and execute innovative activations to tell compelling stories and interact with the audience
  • Create original content using the client’s catalog of current and past programming
  • Commission video and designed collateral with external teams
  • Curate the voice and tone for client’s brand TikTok channel
  • Manage all copywriting, posting and community management on the client’s brand TikTok channel
  • Explore TikTok communities and find ways for the brand to insert itself into the conversation
  • Pivot strategies based on post-implementation analysis and changes in audience habits, and proactively inform key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the multi-platform landscape, digital trends, and the evolving functionality and behaviors on social platforms


Your Experience

  • 3–5 years experience working in social or digital media, creating entertainment-based content and experiences
  • Proficiency with the TikTok platform and in-app content creation features
  • Ability to proactively think big and propose innovative strategies to maximize engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and succeed with minimal training


$21.63 - $32.69 an hour


The salary range for this role is $21.63-$32.69 per hour and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
