We have an exciting opportunity to join our team! This role will be responsible for overall business growth on Walmart.com. You will be asked to measure impact of ongoing initiatives to grow our business as well as identify new opportunities. In this role, you will partner with sales and omni-channel marketing teams to analyze Walmart.com reporting inclusive of paid search results, search term rankings and purchase behavior on the Walmart.com US platform. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and in this role, you will proactively drive profitable customer acquisition and retention driving revenue growth.


A Day In The Life:

  • Play a meaningful role in Walmart’s growth strategy by using data-driven analyses to support customer acquisition and measure the efficiency of spend on Walmart.com
  • Analyze media strategy for Walmart, including Walmart search and DSP ads, to drive incremental revenue and profitable growth on the platform. Provide recommendations on item matrix and brand level investment.
  • Analyze .com reporting to provide actionable insights to larger team.
  • Make product assortment recommendations for Walmart.com and Walmart Marketplace to maximize overall Hasbro revenue
  • Stay current on market trends and recommend new solutions as new .com levers are launched
  • Capture, analyze and partner with key team members, while helping accelerate conversion opportunities through various data tools and analytics which drive share and sales growth.
  • Support the implementation of sales analytics tools and serve as support for Walmart teams' understanding of new metrics, context and action to drive share & growth opportunities
  • Build effective working relationships with internal business partners (Sales, Omni-Channel Marketing, etc), and external partners (Walmart.com site merchants, 3rd party .com agencies, etc)


What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics in an eCommerce environment, consulting, or equivalent professional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required – relevant field preferred (i.e., economics, statistics, marketing)
  • Proficiency with Excel (advanced excel features a plus!)
  • Familiarity with Walmart.com, Walmart Connect, etc preferred
  • Ability to problem solve and use decision-making skills with an analytical approach
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong relationship building skills approach - ability to work independently and with a team that is moving at a fast pace
