DIGITAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, Technology Review, to implement and manage all advertising and strategic sales solutions that help achieve partner goals across digital, mobile, and print platforms. Responsibilities include executing day-to-day production tasks (e.g., media plan creation and campaign set up, launch, tracking, and optimization) for display and social ad placements; building, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns to increase performance on major biddable platforms (e.g., GAM, Facebook, LinkedIn); identifying trends in data to drive optimization strategies; building and managing new inventory management platform used by sales and marketing teams; advising and consulting with Ad Sales regarding advertising inventory, availability forecasting, and campaign performance; optimizing the current sales forecasting system for accuracy and efficiency; managing the campaign calendar, trafficking all advertising assets, producing screenshot decks, and maintaining relevant pre/post launch processes, including billing; monitoring performance metrics and compiling reports and identify insights; ensuring quality control of client-facing media plans, reports, and invoicing; assisting with QA testing for launch of new digital products; working with finance team on managing invoicing for media actuals; and collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to execute campaigns.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field; at least two years of experience in digital advertising operations; working knowledge of publishing within a content management platform; experience with ad trafficking software (DoubleClick DART for Publishers preferred); excellent organizational, project management, time management reporting, and verbal and written communication skills; meticulous attention to detail; and ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment and to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
