What will you be doing?

The Digital Operations Coordinator supports WWT Digital in the Consulting Services organization. This role is a Digital operations professional that works with the Digital Operations Manager and Director to improve workflow, day-to-day business and team activities. The Digital Operations Coordinator supports WWT Digital reporting, analysis, opportunity tracking, contract administration, recruiting and onboarding logistics. The Digital Operations Coordinator reports to the Digital Operations Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Digital department logistics needs (meeting planning, coordination, travel, facility needs, candidate interview scheduling)
• Pre-sales Support (internal and external project management efforts to manage digital team members for pre-sales meetings, presentations, pitches)
• Facilitates Contract Administration across WWT teams, SRC and Legal
• Executes project coordination and weekly reporting updates.
• Supports the Digital Operations Manager and team with admin tasks including schedule coordination, IT support, meeting and equipment logistics, etc.
• Supports the Digital Operations Administrator and Digital Operations Manager on process improvement and implementations.
• Supports the Digital Operations team in maintaining Operational Excellence
