Digital Printing Production Assistant - Graphics Department

Paragon is looking for someone to operate wide format production printers and complete beginner level graphic design projects. Ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, motivated learner and good at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Candidate should be able to lift rolls of material (up to 30 pounds) and load printers unassisted. Candidate should be punctual and able to work 40 hours a week from 7:30-4:00 M-F. Candidate must be able to pass an initial drug screening for employment and random screenings once employed. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Position Responsibilities

• Produce accurate high-quality prints within scheduled time frame
• Setup imaging files within Photoshop
• Review daily production schedules and print orders with accuracy
• Complete weekly inventory count
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with service technicians
• Keep department clean by disposing of all material packaging and damages
• Willing to accept addition responsibilities once trained

Experience­

• Adobe Photoshop experience a plus
• Photography experience a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly developed organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining focus
• Works well in a team environment
