This position is responsible for analyzing stakeholder needs and documenting project scope requirements and specifications. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, this position will be tasked with ensuring our UI/UX and Web Development teams have the required information to continually improve our portfolio of digital products. Additionally, this role will be responsible for reporting on progress and participating and, in some cases, driving the QA process.
- Support the continued development of our portfolio of digital products, including our corporate website, point of sale properties, and marketing websites
- Interact with business leaders, senior-level executives, UX/UI designers, web developers, and vendors to help drive major initiatives and make our products better
- Partners with our Web Development Team to interpret business challenges and form them into an actionable design and development strategy. This position will play a key role by analyzing stakeholder needs, collaborating with designers and developers, and drafting requirements
- Work closely with the Director, Product Management to drive projects from inception through completion, including establishing timelines, determining resource requirements, task planning and management, and communicating project status to stakeholders
- Work closely with the Brand and Customer Experience team to understand market shifts and business goals to ensure the companies websites are aligned with company strategy
- Support the Marketing Team with troubleshooting tickets related to our .coms Support the Product Management Team with sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Monitor and collect KPIs from other departments to make data-driven decisions on initiatives
- Identify and monitor KPIs of projects pre and post-production and report the findings
- Participate in all phases of new feature and product development, including information architecture, wireframing, functional specifications, design direction, and quality assurance
- Take on initiatives with a high level of ownership and commitment to achieve results
- Assist in producing accurate, thorough, and complete work within defined timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field/experience
- 2 years experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing
- 2 years of experience working with technology and user experience teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements
- 2-5 years of experience working within a robust project management tool such as Asana, Basecamp, Monday, or JIRA
- Demonstrated experience working cross functionally in a large organization
- Experience writing requirements for web-based digital products. This includes a demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into workable design and technical solutions
- Experience with the web design and development lifecycle in a dynamic in-house environment. Agency experience in a client-facing role is a major plus
- Exceptional customer service and effective communication, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Good time management and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

The expected base salary for this position ranges from seventy one thousand dollars to one hundred thousand dollars, determined based on the applicant's experience, skillset, education, training, certificates, and licenses.
