In this role, you will work with a portfolio of accounts, provide Digital CX and product usage guidance and best practices, and serve as a digital product expert as needed. As a Senior Digital Solutions analyst you will be supporting our clients who leverage the Medallia Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) Product. This role offers an incredible opportunity to drive value not only for Medallia, but also the world-class brands and organisations we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting a portfolio clients with usage and adoption of the Medallia DXA Product; supporting their usage of the product to capture insights for digital optimization efforts

Manage client relationships and product-related questions, inquiries, how-to’s

Support configuration requests, where it might get a little bit technical in the day-to-day

Be Strategic Thought Leader for Digital Expertise and using Analytics tools to drive insights & outcomes

Provide product best practices for both internal and external stakeholders

Train customers on the capabilities of the platform and how it improves their digital experiences across websites and mobile-app

Work alongside other Medallia product experts such as Digital Feedback and Medallia Experience Cloud platform expertise
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience, with prior roles in customer support, digital marketing, account management, software implementation and/ or customer experience.-
Basic understanding of CSS, HTML and JavaScript in relation to websites

Must be based remotely in Colorado, North Carolina, or Toronto Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Enterprise Businesses; Client management up to 10-15 accounts at the same time-
Experience working with Digital Marketing Analytics tools such as Google and Adobe Analytics

Familiarity with Digital Marketing concepts such as VoC, A/B testing, and Analytics Optimization

Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate work experience
Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $116,000. This position is bonus eligible. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.
