Description
This role is part of the internal Digital Activation Team at Nestle Purina, The Feed. Working as an extension of the brand, the Digital Strategy & Content Specialist will be responsible for developing and activating email and social media strategy & content across brands. This role requires a high level of strategic insight, attention to detail, and project management skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit to pioneer new courses that impact the business.
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $38-40/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, create, and deliver exceptional digital content and strategic activation recommendations on assigned brands/platforms (primarily social and email), working with partnered Content Designer and internal/external channel experts.
- Producing and proofreading short form copy for email and social media content.
- Continuously optimizing digital content based on best practices and performance results.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in communications/marketing/advertising preferred.
- Experience (Years/Type): 1-3 years of experience directly activating social media and/or email content and strategy.
- Must be able to provide a minimum of 3 sample content submissions from portfolio for review.
Additional qualifications:
- Knowledge of digital best practices, platforms, and trends.
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects, working with multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Detail oriented, proactive, and organized.
