Work Schedule
8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Monday – Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required in conjunction with recruitment event schedules.

Telework arrangements may be approved for digital work per supervisor approval.

Primary Purpose of Position
  • Ambassador coordinator for the William States Lee College of Engineering.
  • Use Welcome to College software to receive and manage requests for department tours, coordinating with department faculty, staff and students as needed.
  • Create and manage digital media as it pertains to student life in conjunction with the Recruiting and Outreach Committee.
  • Create and manage digital media for college events in coordination with College Director of Communications.
  • Use Thankview software.
  • Support digital media efforts for the Engineering Ambassador Network (EAN).
  • Attend on-campus admission events and assigns tours as needed to ambassadors.
  • Assist with recruiting and outreach events as assigned.

Minimum Education/Experience
Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

University Preferred Qualifications:

Graduation from a four year college or university; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Essential Job Duties
  • Ambassador coordinator for the William States Lee College of Engineering.
  • Use Welcome to College software to receive and manage requests for department tours, coordinating with department faculty, staff and students as needed.
  • Create and manage digital media for the Office of Student Development and Success in coordination with the College Director of Communications.
  • Use Thankview software.
  • Oversee the Engineering Ambassador Network (EAN).
  • Attend on-campus admission events and give tours as assigned.
  • Assist with recruiting and outreach events as assigned.
