Support the definition of omnichannel strategy and value proposition for in-store services
Execute analysis of the digital services industry and benchmarks
Implement user understanding studies to create profiles and segment efforts
Project and estimate the strategic and economic value of generated data
Coordinate with operations teams for in-store experimentation agenda
Follow up on digital transaction metrics and user retention

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
