The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Dining Room Attendant, Morris Inn (Part Time).

The University of Notre Dame Enterprises and Events (UEE) division is currently hiring for the position of Dining Room Attendant within The Morris Inn. The UEE division leads the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.

Why this position?
This position provides service to restaurant guests-assist servers with prompt and courteous service to guest by replenishing water and condiments, carrying trays, and removing used dishware. Clear tables of dishes, glassware and silver, stacking them as instructed, and move them to the dishwashing area for cleaning. Adhere to established Morris Inn recycling practices as well as exercising caution when handling china, glassware and silver.

This position is with University Enterprises and Events at the University of Notre Dame and is eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus (1/2 paid after 90 and 180 days of continuous employment). Candidates are only eligible if they are a new employee to the University - current Notre Dame employees who transfer are not eligible. Other rules and conditions apply.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to present neat, clean and well-groomed appearance, ability to follow instructions with limited direct supervision, work well independently and with a team

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma preferred, but not required
