Ensure served foods maintain HCCAP temperature, quality, and time requirements.

Follows established procedures for the proper storage of food (covering, labeling, and dating).

Maintains an awareness of age-appropriate care, as evidence by successful completion of Age-appropriate Care Training/Testing

Operates, utilizes, and clean food service equipment and areas in accordance with department specifications to avoid damage or excessive wear
