We’re future-focused and are looking for others with a growth mindset to join our evolving teams!About The RoleAs a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will bring your passion and experience to help us build deep talent pipelines and identify great candidates across the organization, particularly focusing on our Digital Marketing teams in Paid Media, SEO, Demand Generation and Programmatic. You are meticulous, creative, and innovative in ways to help us be our best. You understand both the art and science of acquiring great talent, focused on incredible candidate and hiring manager experiences, ultimately finding the most remarkable performance marketing talent in the world. You are focused on creating a community of diverse marketers that exceed Directive's objectives while remembering that the best work comes from professionals who enjoy working together.You will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and work remotely.Roles & Responsibilities• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation within the performance marketing space• Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization• Focus on inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies by building a candidate pipeline from various channels; passively sourced/outbound, social media, networking and referrals• Lead and inspire the candidate experience; collaborate with internal interview teams to train, advise, and deliver a consistently distinct and positive experience that reflects Directive’s values• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, establish job requirements, and provide guidance on best hiring practices• Provide clear and timely communication to both candidates, hiring managers and various other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process• Guiding and coaching hiring managers through interview best practices and process• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs• Consistently meet or surpass key activity and performance metrics• Foster an inclusive hiring practice, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates• Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices, market conditions and competitor activity• Skillfully negotiate offers and successfully close positions• Identifying sources for recruiting best talent, talent mapping, competitor research/mapping• Manage 7-10 job requisitions at a time, while working with purpose and urgency to allWhat You’ll Need To Have• 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, within the performance marketing/advertising agency• Experience in recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops, etc. is a must• Create unrivaled sourcing plans (by role, level and location) to identify top talent, including but not limited to sourcing databases, advanced Boolean searches, networking events, market research/insights, Industry/function outreach, and other creative tools/platforms is a must• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with the ability to leverage technology to increase efficiency and maximize output• Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, UK and US markets• In-depth knowledge and proven track record of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices, with a track record of successfully filling high-volume positions, from entry level to Senior and hard to fill positions• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment• Self-motivated, competitive and driven to achieve both personal and team objectives• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment• Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countriesBenefits• 🙏 Medical, dental, vision plans, disability, and life insurance coverage for you and your family that fit your lifestyle• Including a 100% employer-paid plan for you and a 50% employer contribution for your dependents• Benefits to Support the Whole Person:• 🧠 Mental - Access to certified therapists through Spring Health, membership to Headspace• 💪 Physical - Physical therapy through Omada, fertility support through Carrott, thousands of Aaptiv virtual workouts, complimentary One Medical membership for primary and virtual care• 🛫 Time Off - Unlimited PTO (2-week minimum), Paid Company Holidays, Your Birthday Off, End of Year Recharge (Closed December 24 - January 1), Paid Parental Leave• 💰 Financial - Traditional and Roth 401(k) with a 3% company match• 🌟 Bonus - Annual bonus based on tenure, which scales in total amount over time• 🌴 Annual Anniversary Trip to Newport Beach, CA with peers and executive leadership for fun and entertainment!Work Environment RequirementsAs a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country.This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary.
