Job Description:


The UCC Sales Manager will be the primary focal point In managing individual contributors in a new business and installed-base sales team for Enterprise accounts, selling the Atos Unify portfolio of Unified Commuications and Collaboration (UCC) solutions and services to new and select existing clients.

Scope:
First-line Sales Management role, with the goal of driving team results in achieving sales order and revenue targets through implementation of a growth strategy -Team forecast accuracy to adhere to required budgets.

Perform all the activity in rolling-up Orders (OE) forecast and external revenue book-to-bill targets.

Ensure quarterly and annual orders growth through successful pipeline reporting and activity

Mentoring less senior sales professionals

Hiring of new candidates, when required

Setting individual sales targets and objectives

Tracking sales activity to insure customer intimacy, needs, and strategic direction are well known

Conduct Territory Reviews to ensure risks are known and addressed

Work cross-functionally with peers in Professional Services to insure close cooperation in meeting joint-targets

Contribute positive leadership principles for building and growing a highly-motivated team

Skills.- Sales Management, Sales Negotiation, Sales Growth track record.
