Job Summary

Responsible for providing leadership and direction in all aspects of Advertising Sales operations activities that support the sales force pre- and post-sale in the areas of copy and content. Develops operational policies and procedures. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency, foster cross-department collaboration, and drive the implementation of new ideas. Manages professionals at manager, supervisor, and professional levels. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Influences and shapes and integrates strategy for functional area(s).

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Interfaces with Advertising Sales and other departments to coordinate success of campaign and overall client experience.
  • Creates work performance standards. Remains available to Advertising Sales Team and resolves operational questions and issues.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective implementation strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Develops operational policies and procedures and effectively communicates them with the Advertising Sales teams and operational departments.
  • Interprets strategies and integrates them into plans and initiatives.
  • Manages, mentors, and develops team of leaders in matters of career growth and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to increase productivity and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Builds and maintains cross department relations, workflows, and procedures with our Comcast India Operations Center
  • Foster and develop a creative environment that values freedom of ideas and innovation.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:

National Pay Range: $70,381.47 USD-$164,956.57 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.


Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
