Director BHMG Business Operations

Leads, implements and manages operational initiatives in support of all BHMG practices. Assists BHMG executive leadership in the evaluation and administration of business and administrative matters including budget, operations, programs, new service lines and data gathering and analysis. Identifies, evaluates and develops implementation of new programs and services to enhance the care delivered to our patients. Estimated salary range for this position is $112612.08 - $146395.70 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required. Masters degree highly desirable. Minimum 5 years of physician practice management experience, in a leadership role, is required. Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of comfort with utilization of technology. Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with physicians and practice leaders, as well as executive leadership. Ability to implement multi-faceted initiatives across the organization. Experience with data analysis.

Pay: $112,612.08 - $146,395.70 per year
