About our Team
You will be a part of the Nursing, Allied Health, and Patient Education (NAHPE) team which plays a central role in the content development and delivery for Clinical Content Solutions. This delivery takes place in collaboration with key stakeholders from Strategy, Product, Sales, and Operations.
About the Role
In this role you will lead the development, review, edit, update and provide the maintanace of multi-media nursing, allied health, and patient related content deliverables. Being a key driver representative you will collaborate with cross functional teams, represent multiple solutions, and serve as a lead on content development projects. The Director works collaboratively across the Nursing, Allied Health, and Patient Education teams to ensure alignment, standardization, and reflecting the most current and highest quality evidence integration into content.
Responsibilities

Serving as a thought leader for the Clinical Skills solution and taking responsibility for strategy execution.

Serving as a role model for developing relationships with key partners including teams within, as well as, outside Clinical Solutions.

Partnering with the Customer Success and Service team to ensure timely and accurate clinical responses to customers and end users.

Serving as an expert resource for both internal and customer facing communications.

Working collaboratively with Strategy, Commercial, Product, Sales, and Content teams on a routine basis. Will implement statutory and other customer driven changes to the process.

Developing and providing innovative approaches to clinical skills training utilizing standardized patients, simulation and other advanced technologies.

Directing the team to meet daily content requirements, resolving editorial/production-related problems with the cross functional areas.

Overseeing and reviewing multimedia solutions to ensure integration of highest quality evidence and accuracy of the clinical content.

Monitoring and reviewing content produced by other clinical editors, external writers, and subject matter experts for medical and clinical accuracy and appropriateness. Ensuring clarity, accuracy, standardization, and consistency throughout Nursing, Allied Health, and Patient education multi-media content

Participating and active in the Continuing Education (CE) accreditation/reaccreditation process.
Requirements
-
Hold a Master’s degree in clinical education, clinical administration, medical science, psychology, or related fields.

Have proven experience in a clinical director or other – managerial position.

Be a Licensed Provider, (e.g., APRN, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse) or other licensed, certified, or registered allied healthcare professional with considerable experience in managing large health care teams.

Have experience in course development- required.

Have experience in managing health care publications (digital or written text).

Have experience in product management and in business management
