POSITION: Consulting Services Director

COMPENSATION: Pursuant to applicable regulations, if this job is performed in a relevant State, the salary range is $100,000-$150,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. REPORTS TO: VP, Client Services

SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for directing the consulting services process for Cardinal Group Consulting including market and property analysis, management of pre-development services, contract administration, client relationship and communication, entity and license management, and other tasks related to new consulting procurement.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):
  • Maintain pipeline at all stages of the Consulting process.
  • Market research including rent surveys, supply & demand metrics, and overall market dynamics. Analyze data based on market research.
  • Conduct situational and data analysis to identify or understand the current performance of an asset, market, or future development.
  • Compile and present information orally, visually, and in writing.
  • Interface regularly with external clients. Ability to develop and maintain executive-level communication and relationships with the client base.
  • Prepare market and industry research to identify target markets, communities, and/or clients.
  • Oversee the creation of all Consulting reports, and presentations, including narratives, graphic charts, and financial analyses.
  • Participate in the creation of all Consulting templates and infrastructure.
  • Assist with the physical and economic due diligence of opportunities, including property inspections and review of leases and records.
  • Assist in marketing and PR efforts for Cardinal Group Consulting.
  • Ongoing organization and coordination of reports for Consulting.
  • Evaluate and provide insight into economic activity, conditions, and trends.
  • Implement strategies for lead generation and perform independent research on likely candidates for the Consulting team to pursue.
  • Develop and manage a team of consultants, as needed, from sales to execution of Consulting services.
  • Read, comment, and work with the company attorney (as needed), on managing and updating legal documents (Consulting Agreement, Term Sheets, etc.).
  • Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively while handling multiple projects on various timelines in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Self-motivated team member driven by both team and individual goals.
  • Desire to work in a team environment with highly skilled professionals who demand excellence in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of expanding service offerings and profit margins.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, a passion for real estate, and a desire to learn and grow
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Strong analytical skills including a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), the Google suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), and the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Proficiency in Costar and Axiometrics preferred.

  • Available to travel up to 50%.

Routine, local travel is required to attend training classes, client visits, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all daily responsibilities of this position. Overnight travel required to attend training, property visits, and other situations necessary for the accomplishment of special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
