Position Summary:
- Manage our external/internal reporting requirements as it relates to BOD, Lender, Rating Agency, Shareholder and Management reporting
- Manage the financial aspect (e.g. defining assumptions, communicating goals, analyzing consolidated results vs expectations) of annual Budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, effectively integrating the outputs from these processes into our long-term financial model.
- Support Finance due diligence efforts with regards to potential acquisitions/divestitures and/or debt refinancing efforts
- Provide leadership, support and process improvement recommendations resulting from Finance lead strategic initiatives
- Work with PLM, Region, Finance leadership and Executive leadership team members to integrate changes into our financial reporting structure that result from: a) Corporate Strategic initiatives, b) product discontinuances, divestitures or Go-To-Market changes, c) acquisitions, mergers or alliances from entering certain markets and d) changes to our credit facility
Position Responsibilities:
Strategy Manager - responsible for ownership of the long-term strategy model, working closely with all teams identified above to provide accurate and timely information to ELT, Shareholders and Lenders. Successfully integrating already defined strategic forecasting processes (e.g. market model, Strategic Planning Process, etc) and ensuring all parties involved are in agreement with the output, is essential. Will be integral in driving change to existing long-term and strategy model and Annual Operating Plan processes, given successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Finance Lead with regards to Annual Budgeting and Quarterly reporting process.
External/Internal Reporting Manager - responsible for preparing financial analyses and reporting package(s) to our lenders/BOD/Shareholders/ELT, incorporating the following:
- Results analysis vs prior years or Budget/Forecast,
- Discussion related to, or impacts from, changes to our business strategy or
- Discussion related to, or impacts from, certain strategic initiatives
- Finance Due Diligence Lead as it relates future acquisitions/divestitures
Project lead responsible for facilitating the gathering, organization and in some instances compilation of due diligence requests of buyer or seller.
Required Skills & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- 7+ years of experience
- Highly proficient in Excel, SAP, Financial Consolidation system (BPC) or ERP solution
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree preferred
- CPA preferred
