About the Role:

Entera is looking for a creative, organized, and forward-thinking Director of Demand Generation Marketing to join the growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing the go-to-market strategy with a deep understanding of Entera's core audiences, solutions, and showing the value of Entera in their organization.

The Director of Demand Generation Marketing will be responsible for implementing the marketing vision and strategy including differentiated messaging and positioning, content, and sales enablement while simultaneously orchestrating integrated campaigns and initiatives to drive the sales pipeline and create even more raving fans of Entera.

We're looking for a proven leader who thrives working cross-functionally, with multiple teams finding new ways to reach our audience and tell our great story.

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in developing market campaigns across various industries and senior-level personas.

You love working in a team environment, you're organized, self-motivated, have the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and have strong attention to detail. You will be focused on results and achieving conversion rates along with the rest of the marketing team (MQL to SQL to demo to closed-won) and you are an amazing storyteller. You have a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and will do whatever it takes to get the job done and secure the next lead for our growing sales team. What You'll Do:

  • Design, produce, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels for enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Own the full marketing campaign execution process from defining campaign objectives and target audiences, through to creating marketing assets, segmenting leads, and enabling effective reporting
  • Nurture prospects and ensure that marketing leads are converting to sales opportunities
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, ROI, and campaign optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to orchestrate online and offline marketing campaigns to specific accounts and personas
  • Manage multiple work streams, varying timelines, and a variety of inputs from stakeholders
  • Be strategic and bring new ideas to the table to help us grow the sales pipeline and reduce our CPL

What You'll Have:

  • A strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, with experience of selling services
  • Extensive experience reaching executive-level personas in enterprise and mid-market accounts (real estate/prop tech experience a plus)
  • Proven track record in demand generation, sales enablement, field marketing with experience working for a high-growth, technology company (real estate experience is a huge plus)
  • Amazing storytelling ability with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience building, managing and reporting on cross-platform and industry-specific campaigns
  • Prior development of a scalable demand generation and sales enablement program for a high-growth SaaS company
  • Passion for the Entera mission
  • 6+ years of experience in a demand generation and marketing creation role within a high-growth environment (start-up experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Has experience of developing and managing a lean team of highly motivated marketers who meet and exceed goals
  • ABM expertise and experience
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing automation tools (Hubspot preferred)

KPIs You'll Own:

  • Conversion rates - MQL to SQL to Demo to Closed Won
  • Total pipeline creation for mid-market and enterprise level accounts
  • Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Marketing attributed revenue

  • For those applicants in the NYC area, the salary range for this role is $140,000 to $190,000 plus variable and equity. The salary offered will be based on experience, role, and location.
