As a Director, Digital Marketing focused on growing our membership, you will be responsible for planning and executing. You will be responsible for our expansion efforts across digital channels and will manage the marketing funnel from end-to-end. The ideal person for this role can move easily from thinking about campaign management optimization and performance metrics to content marketing partnerships and strategy.
As a Director, Digital Marketing, you will:
- Oversees and manages all inputs for the Medicare Advantage marketing strategic plan, financial management, campaign planning, vendor evaluation, and plan execution performance measurement (e.g. campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting to budgeted financial results) for the Medicare Advantage segment
- Drive Clover's year-round growth engine by coordinating the development of go-to-market strategies, production calendars and key project deliverables.
- Lead operations for marketing campaigns across digital and email channels, with support from the Growth Marketing Associate.
- Develop key materials to drive member acquisition, mapping channels and content to each stage of the member acquisition funnel.
- Serve as day-to-day lead for Clover agency partner relationships, managing materials flow and proactively moving projects forward.
- Own development of Clover's 'Test & Learn' Growth program in partnership with key internal stakeholders in UXR, Data Science and Operations.
- In partnership with the sales teams, develop sales enablement materials to drive an increase in qualified leads and enrollments.
- Enhance Clover's data-driven approach to marketing and closely manage conversion rates, including CPL and CPA.
- Partner with Clover Data Science, Engineering, Product, UXR teams and agency partners on data management, analysis and reporting across channels and campaigns.

You should get in touch if:
- You have a minimum of 5-8 years of direct-to-consumer marketing experience, preferably in healthcare space
- Two plus years' experience working with Healthcare Providers
- Two plus years of Medicare Advantage program experience
- Two years' experience of Financial Management
- You have experience developing direct marketing campaigns and you are familiar with concepts like CPL, CPA, and CPC.
- Proven ability for creativity and flexibility in marketing strategy and implementation
- You have a love for numbers and a strong foundation in data analytics in both online and offline marketing channels.
- You have experience running A/B tests and performing audience segmentation.
- You are experienced in managing agencies, including digital, print and mail vendors.
- You possess strong data analysis skills and are proficient with Google Spreadsheets and other reporting software.
- Direct response copywriting experience and landing page optimization is a plus
