Overview:
Expected pay for this position is $51.00 - $67.58/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Digital Marketing Strategy possesses a digital-first mindset and proven skills and experience to develop and lead high impact digital marketing strategies for all services within the OSF HealthCare continuum of care. Strategies will focus on identifying how customers are searching for health information and services in order to increase digital transactions to OSF services. Expertise in digital marketing strategy, consumer journey, e-commerce, content strategy, data utilization, marketing automation, new product development and launches, innovations in digital marketing, implementation and measurement to show tangible results of marketing initiatives is critical for the success of this leader. The Digital Marketing Strategy Director's scope will include the digital experience platform (DXP) and the leverage of all content strategy and creation to meet the overall marketing and business objectives of OSF HealthCare for the full OSF digital front door optimization and intuitive user experience. This director will collaborate with the OSF OnCall Digital Experience and Digital Innovation Development Teams. Overall the DXP, digital strategy, UX, SEO, marketing research, CRM, content journey development and execution and marketing analytics and reporting will report to and be included in the Department of Digital Marketing Strategy in the Marketing and Communications Division.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Experience:
-
5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing, business, agency or related field.

3 years of leadership experience.

Experience with lead generation in all aspects of digital marketing including but not limited to SEO, UX, content management, email marketing, marketing automation and digital advertising
Licensure/ Certification:
-
Certification in Digital Marketing
Other Skills/ Knowledge:

Strong understanding of content strategy, social media, website metrics and best practices.

Return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicator (KPI) oriented.

Proactive approach to relationship management, and ability to communicate complex issues to employees.

Exceptional critical thinking skills and ability to translate data to strategic direction setting.

Strong firsthand knowledge of creative and production workflows for cross functional projects, including print, digital and social media.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Master’s degree in related field such as Marketing, Advertising, MBA
Experience: E-commerce experience
Licensure/ Certification: Digital Marketing certificates in specialized area such as SEO, social media, strategy and leadership, analytics, paid media, etc.
