Director, Financial Strategy & Analytics
Job description.
Huge is looking for a Director, Financial Strategy & Analytics to join the global Finance team. This is a high visibility role reporting into the VP, Global FP&A while working closely on initiatives with the CFO. At Huge, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) relies on the FP&A department to drive visibility and transparency into key business levers, measure and track performance and highlight areas of operational and financial risk. This is a highly strategic role that partners with the ELT to execute on Huge's long-term strategic goals.
The Director, Financial Strategy & Analytics will manage global operational finance activities and is responsible for budgeting and forecasting, reporting and analysis of performance, competitive benchmarking and strategic planning.

The Director, Financial Strategy & Analytics will collaborate with our CFO and Vice President, Global FP&A to transform the function into a center of excellence, driving insights and strategy to support growth.
