Reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, the Director of GTM FP&A will spearhead the Company's GTM initiatives including monthly, quarterly and Annual ARR and Revenue Plans and Forecasts, KPI's, and Sales and Marketing ROI metrics. This is a highly visible role within the company. You will be responsible for setting up the framework and tracking of how we invest and grow both our Sales and Marketing organizations. We are looking for someone who has assisted or led the financial planning function for the GTM initiatives of a fast growth organization. You should be a skilled communicator with a history of building relationships and trust with the senior leadership team.
