To support ADI’s Vision 2030 and the continuous growth, we are expanding India based infrastructure and operation team. For that we are hiring a senior infrastructure leadership role in India as part of global IT Infrastructure and Digital Workplace Services, with a specific focus on India-based operations. This individual will work closely with other members of the global IT infrastructure operations team to ensure that our technology infrastructure supports its business goals and objectives.
This individual has following four areas as part of overall responsibilities:
  • Engineering infrastructure operations,
  • Cloud delivery center,
  • Infrastructure NOC and
  • Digital Workplace Services for India.
This individual will report to Sr. Director of India IT services and matrix alignment with US based Sr. Director of Global Infrastructure Operations and Sr. Director of Global Digital Workplace Services.
Key responsibilities may include:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for IT Operation centre of Excellence that aligns with ADI’s business objectives and priorities.
  • Acting as primary India infrastructure spokesperson working with all business units such as engineering, facility, finance and HR
  • Managing a team of IT professionals responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure both in India and global scale
  • Identifying innovative opportunities on cloud, automation, user experiences and process improvement
  • Driving operation excellence with metrics driven mindset
  • Lead an India-based team providing deskside support to 2,000 regional employees, while driving strategic improvements to our end user computing environment, device procurement and lifecycle management practices
  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with India based external service providers / partners
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the IT infrastructure operations team in India, and promoting a culture of continuous learning, operation excellence and innovation
The ideal candidate for this role would possess these qualifications
  • Broad knowledge of infrastructure and trend
  • Experience leading IT support and driving systemic improvements to end user computing practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven record of customer focus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global infrastructure in fast and dynamic environment
  • Great understanding Indian market and culture to ensure successful collaboration with India teams and relationships
  • 13 plus years working experiences in similar global hi-tech organizations with 6 plus years in leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree Engineering / Science / Mathematics
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
