As the Director of our North America ISR team, you will serve as a second-line leader overseeing several front-line managers and their direct reports. In partnership with your team, you will aid in expanding existing relationships among Gong’s largest, most strategic accounts and acquiring new raving fans by developing and leading creative marketing and prospecting campaigns, generating new leads, and producing a robust, quality pipeline.

You will be responsible for designing and executing your strategic plan, delivering consistent, quota-exceeding performance, and fostering the professional development of your team members. You must derive great satisfaction and joy from creating an environment in which every member of your team succeeds and thrives.

You will represent the ISR Team as a direct report to the Senior Vice President of our Enterprise Business Unit, and you will partner closely with your peers, including the Strategic and Enterprise Segment Leaders. You’ll be a champion of our Operating Principles and inspire a new generation of sellers to execute their business with precision and pride, drive customer value, and enhance Gong’s commitment to our culture and the global Gong community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Recruit, hire, mentor, and develop world-class talent.
    • Develop strategies to improve process, efficiency, and productivity.
    • Consistently deliver against revenue and headcount targets.
    • Set proper expectations: accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
    • Partner strategically with our marketing, demand generation, and sales team to create category-defining and market-leading prospecting and marketing campaigns.
    • Embrace competitive camaraderie by fostering an environment in which every team member is encouraged and excited to generously share his/her wisdom, insight, and experience in order to elevate the performance of the entire team.

QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of sales development and lead generation leadership experience.
    • 3+ years of 2nd line leadership experience with a consistent record of quota attainment.
    • Experience navigating complex marketing engagement and prospecting campaigns with enterprise-scale companies.
    • Interest in optimizing productivity and efficiency across a growing team.
    • Possess a mature, defined leadership philosophy and approach.
    • Exhibit comfort and confidence working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with startup experience.
    • Commit to the professional development of your team members.
