About the role
Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, this role is expected to lead the strategy and messaging for major and minor integrated marketing campaigns. You will orchestrate thematic campaigns per audience focused on driving awareness, changing perception and improving consideration for our products.

Orchestrate global campaign & program planning to drive key moments for our key audiences aligned to our biggest marketing bets

Work with Marketing leadership to shape quarterly and annual campaign themes and ensure alignment and relevance

Create unique and differentiated points of view to bring campaigns and moments together with thought leadership, trends, research, evidence, and product innovation.

Drive and maintain the global integrated marketing calendar for all campaigns by product, audience and channels

Lead the thinking on campaign architecture and customer journey design to meet the goals (awareness, lead-gen, consideration, adoption) for different audiences for both prospects and customers

Coordinate with your counterparts in creative design, content, events, digital, brand, and comms to bring true omni-channel campaigns to market

You are bringing structure by institutionalizing best practices and a well-aligned process on campaign design, campaign launch, metric tracking, idea intake and more

As a full-time Director, Integrated Marketing you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-229,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
