The Role & The Team:

You will own all things Marketo and have a passion for marketing operations. You will demonstrate success in driving a best-in-class environment, and take advantage of your unique set of technical, analytical, and creative skills. You’re an outside-the-box thinker with a passion for process and data, looking to optimize each stage of the marketing funnel and tech stack. You’ll help figure out what’s working and what’s not, and work with the Marketing teams to determine campaign strategies. You are a self-starter who takes the initiative to be the glue of the Druva Marketing team – constantly driving to improve and take systems and processes to the next level.


What You Will Do:

  • Leverage Salesforce, Marketo, and Looker to provide ongoing metrics (reports and dashboard) in support of marketing campaign effectiveness

  • Own the implementation and integration of various systems into Marketo, including but not limited to: LeanData, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, SMARTe, and UserGem.

  • Drive the design, development, and maintenance of lead scoring, webinar/website programs, and nurturing programs

  • Assist with and provide insights into database optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within CRM and Marketing Automation databases

  • Work to enhance and optimize the lead management process and automation, ensuring timely distribution of leads to sales team, and ensure correct database segmentation

  • Assist with the execution of end-to-end campaigns; develop cohesive Marketo Smart Campaigns, creating Smart Lists, email sends, uploading leads lists and data clean up

  • Build and maintain Sales/Marketing relationship to execute marketing programs and enables Sales

  • Advise on best practices and educate marketing peers with regard to marketing mix, multi-channel, optimization, automation capabilities, testing, and projected results

  • Continually improve and optimize performance, processes and analytics to increase both ROI and customer satisfaction.

  • Create and optimize landing pages and forms within Marketo and/or AEM, including templates for use by others within the Marketing team


What We Are Looking For:

  • BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent professional experience

  • Marketo and Salesforce experience required; advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Experience with marketing campaign analytics

  • Must possess 5-10 years of marketing operations experience

  • Experience implementing software into the Marketo ecosystem

  • Highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented, self-starter

  • Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Innovative thinker, creative problem solver and effectively manage multiple ongoing assignments in a fast paced, fluid environment

  • Supervisor or people management experience


The pay range for this position is expected to be between $185,000 and $259,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
