Director of Admissions

Lincoln Tech in Atlanta, GA has an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Admissions. You would provide leadership over student recruitment and conversion activities, by designing strategies and providing direction to the team. You would empower campus admission goals, supervise staff, and develop strong internal and external relationships.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Business or Military Leadership

Responsibilities

• Oversee market research, enrollment activities, and development of marketing and outreach strategies, as well as administrative policies and procedures
• Serve as contact to campus offices and departments in support of Admissions initiatives
• Provide staff training, development, and mentorship
• Meet Admissions Department goals in the recruitment of students, based on school accreditation requirements
• Systematically collect, analyze, and use data on market, prospects, applicants, admitted students, and enrolled students, to target resources effectively and constantly improve recruitment efforts
• Ensure effective use of the full range of electronic, social media, print, event, and personal contacts, to communicate with prospective students and applicants
• Oversee the planning of events associated with recruitment and information for new and prospective students
• Report to the Campus President
