About the Team:

You'll be working as an important part of the senior leadership team crafting direction for your organization and directing improvements to our infrastructure. This team is integral in helping our advisors and consumers recognize the value of the SmartAdvisor platform. The leadership team is visionary, dives into the details when appropriate, seeks continuous self-improvement and guides the technical direction of their organizations. About the Job:

Responsibilities:

• Define the technology vision and roadmap for our consumer development framework.
• Collaboratively work within the technology organization and non-technical stakeholders to apply the principles of the Agile methodology in developing, executing, and delivering the product roadmap
• Continuously improve the process of delivering software at scale
• Improve the capacity of your teams by identifying and hiring key roles
• Partner in technical decision making and provide strategic direction to your scrum teams
• Understand and anticipate the needs of engineering managers to ensure multiple scrum teams are able to perform at their peak

Skills / Experience You Have:

• 7+ years of experience working in a senior leadership capacity, leading leaders
• Expertise in scaling front-end applications, preferably in an e-commerce environment
• Extensive experience leading a team in an ever-changing business landscape with different types of issues to resolve
• Experience in leading multiple teams focused on overlapping objectives.
• Hands on Architect who can help the engineering teams in designing simple solutions to complex problems
• Knowledge of CMS/DAM setup and operations
• Strong crossfuntional partnership ability (Product/UX, People, etc.)
• Significant experience in creating, recreating platforms from scratch
• Exceptional focus on front-end performance (not just Google web vitals) and their impact on user experience and SEO
• Deep understanding of digital analytics reporting and A/B testing
