Contrast Security is looking for a forward-thinking and passionate customer marketer to help deliver on our Reference and Advocacy program. This person will help drive programs and build advocates. The customer marketer will collaborate with our customers across storytelling and events, to amplify the customer's voice, and through social, web, AR/PR, user groups, and CAB. Build a partnership with sales securing customer references to accelerate opportunities and enable expansion across the lines of business. To place the customer at the center of everything we do at Contrast Security and align to strategic priorities.

This successful candidate will love customers and will create relationships spanning from practitioners to executives. We are looking for an individual with a proven record of accomplishment in fostering cross-functional alignment to support company strategic priorities. The Director of Customer Advocacy will work alongside customer success, across marketing activities, and sales. Align and deliver global customer marketing programs which ensure a delightful experience across the customer journey, promote adoption, awareness, and drive expansion. We will infuse customers across all activities and will build fierce customer advocates by establishing a widely adopted program to ignite customer-centric storytelling highlighting innovation and thought leadership.
This role is remote based in the United States and has global customer advocacy responsibilities. This position reports to the Global Vice President for Corporate Marketing, responsible for PR/communication, social media, content development, and customer advocacy.
