The annual base salary range for this role starts at $150,000 USD with an opportunity for an annual performance based bonus.

About Our Strategy & Operations Team
The Customer Value team at Databook is composed of two functions: Strategy & Operations (S&O) and Value Architecture. Our S&O organization functions as the face of Databook for our end clients across the globe. We act as strategic partners to help drive transformation in our customers' sales organizations and align Databook usage across their sales cycle to drive increased pipeline, higher close rates and larger deal sizes. We are a team of individuals passionate about building an exceptional customer experience and bring enthusiasm for all things analytics, process and operations.
The Opportunity
The Customer Strategy Director leads a team of individual contributors, Strategy & Operations Managers and Consultants. You will be responsible for a book of business and will work directly with our customers on a regular basis - sales leaders at some of the largest and fastest-growing tech and consulting companies in the world. Operationally the Director is a core contributor to driving operational excellence for the S&O organization at Databook - they will be supporting projects and initiatives that enable scalability for this rapidly growing team and company.
