Director of Digital Health Growth

We are looking for a Director of Digital Health Growth to lead our team in engaging and partnering with digital health innovators, ensuring we continue to create lasting value for this segment. You will be a player-coach who will continue to grow and build our high-performing team and you won’t hesitate to jump in to tackle the most complex opportunities if needed. You and your team will be critical to both the present GTM strategy and future vision for how Ribbon can power every care decision to be convenient, cost-effective, and high-quality.

  • Ownership Mentality: You care deeply about honoring your word. When you see a blocker or a problem, you solve it or make sure someone else does by stepping in to help your team and engaging with your cross-functional team to unlock the right solutions.

Your day-to-day

  • Serve as Player/coach: You will support and grow your team to maintain high performance and high motivation
  • Drive meaningful growth: You will strike enduring customer partnerships, driving meaningful growth for the company and adding value to the healthcare system writ large. You will set the strategy for attaining growth goals in this segment and lead cross-functional efforts to achieve our goals.
  • Scale critical process and operations: As we scale this book of business and the team, you will build toward our next stage of growth and ensure we re-imagine any existing sales processes to better suit our growth needs
