About the role:

We're looking for a Director of Marketplace Operations to help the team think more strategically, optimize a team into the thousands, while contributing to business operations and continuing our mission to provide exceptional support to our growing customer base.

What you'll do:

  • Optimize forecasting strategies, schedule effectively, and direct recruiting targets for physicians across the US
  • Manage adherence to policies, protocols and focused on driving performance
  • Scale and lead a team responsible for the real time management of our clinical operations and identify areas of opportunity to drive efficiencies
  • Drive business excellence and provide a best-in-class user experiences
  • Evaluate the readiness of any/all product and/or operational launch
  • Plan and document disaster recover fall back plans

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in a high growth + high demand environment, healthcare experience is a plus
  • Ability to visualize, articulate and solve both complex/uncomplicated problems/concepts with a clinical lens
  • Strong analytical background and is data-inspired for decision making
  • Past experience scaling teams and mentoring large functions
  • User-centric thinking across the customer and provider experience
  • Ability to influence other executives and work cross functionally
  • Knowledge of Calabrio and/or Salesforce
