About the Job

As the Director of Paid, you will manage a team of user acquisition managers to own the strategic planning, budget, testing, and execution across our customer acquisition channels including paid search, paid social, affiliates, Google shopping and more to hit monthly KPIs and ROI goals. This requires previous people management experience as well as app and web acquisition management from the strategy, optimization, scaling and analysis of multiple channels.

What You'll Do

  • Develop strategy for global acquisition channels across Life360, Tile and Jiobit.
  • Oversee paid channels including SEM, Paid Social, Google Shopping, Affiliate, and more to grow Life360 memberships and hardware sales for Tile and Jiobit.
  • Hit monthly goals and ROI targets by following a direct response marketing approach.
  • Leading the launch of paid support for new product and country launches.
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting and budgeting.
  • Provide insights from daily, weekly, monthly reports, tracking and analyzing performance.
  • Share insights with the growth team, throughout the organization, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, creative, product, marketing and hardware teams.
  • Lead attribution modeling and incrementality testing across paid channels.
  • Support Brand Awareness KPIs through paid acquisition channels.
  • Manage, develop and inspire paid acquisition team.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years directly managing user acquisition campaigns (SEM, Facebook, TikTok, Affiliate, Programmatic, Google Shopping etc).
  • 4+ years people manager experience.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or equivalent.
  • You have outstanding analytical skills (excellent Excel skills is a must) and a data-driven mindset.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for problem-solving, testing and increasing overall performance.
  • Familiarity with various attribution models and tracking performance across app and web.
  • Experience with hardware business, product feeds is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
