How you will contribute:

The Director of Product Management for Process Discovery will be responsible for shaping the vision, executing the product strategy, and driving the overall growth of the Process Discovery product. Process Discovery is a newly launched business at Automation Anywhere that uses machine learning and large-scale data processing to help businesses discover insights and automation opportunities from a complete view of the actual processes happening in their organization. As an exciting and rapidly evolving space this leader will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of an early-stage product within an organization that is already the leader in cloud-based automation. While working especially closely with our engineering, user experience, and data science teams, your charter for the overall success of the product will span partnerships across nearly every function in the company.

What you will do:

• Develop the strategy and product roadmap for Process Discovery in close collaboration with engineering, product, data science, and UX
• Engage with sales, customers, and partners to drive the overall success of the business
• Lead, mentor, and guide a cross-functional team to develop product, drive GTM, and support sales enablement
• Work with the leadership team, other PMs, and cross functional partners to identify opportunities for growth and competitive differentiation
• Be a thought leader within the organization and industry around Process Discovery best practices and our product capabilities
• Work closely with the broader product organization to execute on an integrated approach for Process Discovery as part of the overall Automation Success Platform

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field
• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS. Experience in Automation, Process Discovery/Mining, Task Mining, or (Process) Analytics is especially preferred
• Experience working with customers and GTM teams for B2B SaaS products
• Experience with developing machine learning and data-driven products for enterprise is a significant plus
• Ability to develop a complete and integrated product strategy that incorporates considerations around the market landscape as well as internal GTM capabilities
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to build key customer connections to guide the direction of the product and focus on ongoing customer success as the #1 priority
• Proven ability to gain the trust of technical teams to help build and consistently deliver on an innovative product roadmap that meets the requirements of enterprise customers
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong executive presence and presentations skills including the ability to present ideas & concepts that garner support and buy-in
• Strong global leadership experience with proven ability to lead and motivate teams. Achieves organizational focus on key priorities, provides clear direction, delegates, and actively communicates

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $222,167 to $305,000 and outside of those locations is $211,440 to $290,730 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
