ABOUT THIS JOB:

Namify’s Director of Product Sales supervises the daily operations of the product sales and customer service functions and trains and coaches the team. The Director of Product Sales also identifies operational issues and oversees the resource allocation and workflow of support activities such as order processing, data collection, and the preparation of reports to support sales teams. Additionally, the Director of Product Sales resolves escalated and complex customer requests or complaints, coordinates the processing of sales incentives or commission programs and manages team members in the daily performance of their jobs and ensures that department goals are met.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Train team members
  • Manage and assign unassigned accounts
  • Identify process inefficiencies
  • Create and update process documentation
  • Effectively resolve escalations
  • Performance Reviews
  • Enforce policies
  • Be the voice for the team to higher levels
  • Lead out in the interviewing and selection process for job candidates

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process order requests as needed
  • Answer client questions/concerns as needed

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:

  • Up to $122,000 a year, depending on experience

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-Time)
  • Remote work is not available for this position
Requirements:

Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States

Must perform Pre-Employment drug test


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Previous management experience required
  • 5+ years of Customer Service and Sales experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to operate a computer and use google office suite effectively
  • Must be able to learn and navigate a variety of software systems
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Must have great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes.
  • Must be able to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to give instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to work under deadlines and quotas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to sit at a desk on a computer for 6+ hours a day.
  • Ability to lift and relocate items
