At Contractbook, we believe that just because contracts are essential doesn’t mean they have to be burdensome. We’re on a mission to simplify every aspect of contract lifecycle management (also known as “CLM”) so teams have more freedom to do as they wish.
Contractbook has created a brand new foundation for contracts, altogether scrapping how businesses have operated for the past 25+ years (think PDFs, fax machines, e-signatures) to redefine how CLM is done. As such, we’re looking to add a Sales Director to manage sales efforts across key markets in Europe and the UK.
Essentially, we need your expertise to lead and scale our sales team to add the next hundreds and thousands of customers.
The sales team, consisting of 8 AEs, already possesses a strong foundation of sales experience with a specific product- and industry knowledge. Still, your impact will be crucial to helping us achieve our ambitious goals for the future.
Something about the role
Take complete ownership of leading the sales team and ensure quota attainment,
Viably scale the sales organisation to achieve constantly moving targets,
Design and implement training/coaching programs for the AEs,
The AEs are situated in Copenhagen, but you don’t have to be,
Implement initiatives to improve core metrics,
Contribute strategically to how to expand the business to new markets and verticals,
Lead by example and get your hands dirty.
Something about you
Proven track record for selling B2B SaaS,
Relevant sales management experience,
Exceptional organisational skills and CRM discipline,
Ability to help your team carry accounts from early-stage leads to close,
Ability and willingness to contribute both strategically and operationally on a day-to-day basis,
Thrives in a fast-paced environment,
You finish what you start and keep promises.
