Director of Sales
We're looking for a Director of Sales to lead a motivated team of Account Executives to sell our ChartHop platform to People/Finance leaders. You'll be instrumental in setting strategy, developing and coaching reps, and co-selling deals as ChartHop continues to deliver its best in class people analytics solution to a broader audience!
We will measure your success through Pipeline growth and bookings targets.

Perks and Benefits:
Salary range - $250K- 300K OTE 60/40 split uncapped commission plus equity
