Director of Sales


We're looking for a Director of Sales to lead a motivated team of Account Executives to sell our ChartHop platform to People/Finance leaders. You'll be instrumental in setting strategy, developing and coaching reps, and co-selling deals as ChartHop continues to deliver its best in class people analytics solution to a broader audience!


We will measure your success through Pipeline growth and bookings targets.


As a Director of Sales you will:


  • Support and provide guidance to AEs at all points of the sales cycles
  • Assist and guide sales reps during client meetings to help drive bookings
  • Recruit, interview, train and hire a world class diverse sales team
  • Coach and develop reps with varying levels of experience
  • Deliver accurate forecasts based on pipeline and rep activity
  • Design, implement, and iterate on various sales strategies
  • Ensure activity is appropriately logged and tracked in Salesforce
  • Engage and build relationships with People/HR and Finance Executives
  • Bring on the ground feedback to the product team to influence the product roadmap
  • Partnering with Solution Consulting and Enablement to up-skill Account Executives
  • Creating a culture of learning led with inclusion and engagement

Requirements:

  • Extensive sales management experience in the SaaS space
  • Passionate about creating an environment where everyone feels included and belongs
  • Experience building teams that meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excited and enthusiastic about selling a HCM platform that enables People and Finance Leaders
  • Comfort in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce

Salary range - $250K- 300K OTE 60/40 split uncapped commission plus equity
