Job Descriptions
Responsible for ensuring smooth operations are maintained in all areas along with the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction balanced with delivering profit. Lead and coach the relevant department heads to ensure they are all aligned and working towards the goals of the division aligned with hotel. Provide a professional and executive level of support to the General Manager ensuring the goals are aligned with those of the hotel. Implement strategies aimed at cost minimization, productivity maximization whilst ensuring we are compliant with all Brand Standards.
Coordinate and drive any capital related projects in the Rooms Division. Monitor guest questionnaires and Guest Satisfaction Index results to identify shortfalls and remedy service issues. Handle all guest related complaints and requests in a pro-active manner. Create a culture within the department that is collaborative and focused on creating WOW moments for our guests.
Job Requirements
Experience - Minimum five years' experience in international luxury hotel operations. A proven track record of success in a similar role, capability to build customer loyalty and guest satisfaction
Technicial / functional competencies - Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Highly responsible and reliable. Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Ability to work cohesively and lead the team. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Language Skills - Fluent in English, speaking Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage
