About This Role:
K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for DIRECTOR OF WOMEN'S BASKETBALL STUDENT DEVELOPMENT AND BRANDING , which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position.
An example of job duties includes but are not limited to:
Implement and oversee a program building lifelong success, character development, life skills and career connections, guidance to student-athletes in areas of personal brand alignment, image consultation, career exploration and business leadership development, including community service projects and player appearances.
Enhance branding opportunities
Manage program's discretionary fund to increase funding for program, facilities improvement, trip opportunities, etc.
Program scheduling, NIL contact with compliance office, and liaison with NIL compliance regarding rules, regulations, and initiatives

What You'll Need to Succeed:Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree at time by first day of employment
Basic knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Other Requirements:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
Must be able to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with fundraising, sponsorships and donor relations
Knowledge of NIL rules and branding opportunities in college athletics
This position holds expectations of compliance with all NCAA, Big 12 Conference, Kansas State University and K-State Athletics, Inc. rules and regulations.

Salary Rate/Pay Rate:
$75,000 to $90,000 annual base pay
